Collection and Processing of Personal Data
We collect and process your personal data for the purpose of executing the agreement we have with you, to inform you about our products and/or services, and to comply with any legal obligation. Additionally, we collect your personal data to answer any questions and/or requests from you.

With Whom Do We Share Personal Data?
To perform the assignment and/or services of our company, we share (a portion of) your personal data, if necessary, with the following parties, among others:
Accounting firm
IT (software) suppliers
In addition to sharing data with these parties, the law may require us to share data with the Tax Authorities, with the Public Prosecutor's Office, in the context of legal proceedings, or with other government institutions.
We share your personal data with parties outside the European Economic Area. This is done by the suppliers of Dropbox and Trello. These suppliers comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
Retention of Personal Data
We do not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your personal data is collected2 and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.3

If we process your personal data because you have given consent for it, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise your rights, you can submit a request by sending an email to info@skyworkz.nl.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with4 your request. On this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and5 Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible,6 but no later than within four weeks. Immediately after processing your request, we will destroy the received copy of your identity document.

In the following cases, we may not be able to approve your request:
if the request is unfounded;
if it is a request that we are not legally obliged to comply with;
if we need your personal data for the performance of the agreement we have with you;
if we have a legitimate interest in the processing.
Automated Processing
We do not make decisions based on automated processing that can have (significant) consequences for you.
Security
Skyworkz B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. We require third parties who handle or process your personal data for us to do the same. Access to your personal data is restricted7 and is only permitted to our employees and parties on a 'need-to-know' basis. Our security measures are constantly being improved in accordance with new security standards. If you have the impression that your personal data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us8 at info@skyworkz.nl.

Changes
