Lee has spent most of his career either fixing stuff that was broken or making whatever that wasn't broken yet more resilient to (inevitable) failure. His background is in software development (of the .NET variety) but as it happens in most small companies, eventually different hats and different responsibilities kept falling onto his shoulders until he was also "the cloud guy" and "the infrastructure guy".
He then joined Skyworkz, eager to further develop his knowledge in all things cloud, container orchestration and whatever else piqued his interest (like security). Most recently he has taken on an SRE role, enabling software development teams to navigate the murky waters of deploying their application onto whatever container platform they happen to be using in a way that doesn't cause them sleepless nights, and having an observability platform in place so that they troubleshoot whenever they are having one.
In his spare time he's often found outside, either walking the dog, going for a run or a bike ride. Whenever he's not, he's also down for reading a good book, playing a boardgame with friends or fiddling with his home network and home automation setup.
